Connecting to Congress article in Kettering Foundation Annual Research Report

The Kettering Foundation has been a longtime collaborator of the Connecting to Congress research team. Their work on how to name and frame issues for public deliberation and their creation of the online platform for deliberative citizen-to-citizen forums, Common Ground for Action, which we are using with some of the participating offices in this series of experiments, has been very influential in our work.
